2025 Leotard Order Form 

Each participating gymnast will be asked to order a custom leotard to wear on the day of the show.

Need help with sizing? A sizing chart, measuring tape, and sample leotards will be available—just ask your coach for assistance.  If you need assistance please make time before or after your scheduled practice time.

Boys will be ordering a t-shirt and wearing black shorts.

Orders are due by April 19th
